Situation
A long-established academic platform has been undergoing a transformation to modernize its outdated structure and improve user experience. The platform is extensive, with only a few key areas driving the majority of user engagement.

Process
The initial focus of this transformation was on a critical user-facing feature, identified as a priority due to its importance to both users and business objectives.

Solution
To address competitive gaps, particularly in usability and authority, a new design approach was developed. Collaborative efforts led to the creation of a refreshed vision and design language, supported by data-driven strategies that enhanced user interactions and satisfaction.

Outcome
The platform saw a significant increase in user engagement and interaction with key features, as well as improvements in user satisfaction metrics.
